Positive Change Counseling, LLC. (PCC) was founded in 2007 to provide a continuity of care for children in foster care through intensive, home-based counseling and community integration services for families and children. We now service all children and provide an array of confidential services, specializing in youth, family and individual counseling in the least restrictive environment. Our philosophy is that each family has the ability to address any situation they may face. We believe that with the proper support, education and encouragement, families can establish goals and a value base that will guide them in their development. We believe that values dictate our actions and only through a change of values can true behavioral change take place. We believe the best place for this growth and development to occur is within the home and their community.
